How do I pay?

What if it arrives faulty or it is the wrong item?

Tell us within the return window shown at checkout and send it back at our cost; the replacement ships free. For hygiene reasons an opened intimate product cannot come back for a change of mind — that is hygiene, not a loophole.

How do I clean and store what I buy?

Warm water and a mild, unscented soap after every use, then let it dry completely before it goes away. Silicone toys can also be wiped with a toy cleaner. Never boil or bleach anything with electronics inside, and store toys apart from each other rather than in one drawer jumble.
