Delivery timelines

• Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt: typically 1–3 working days.
• Other states: typically 3–6 working days.

You’ll receive a private update once your order is on its way. Timelines are estimates and may vary with location and courier conditions.

Delivery fees

Fees are calculated by location and confirmed at checkout, or when you place your order on WhatsApp. We’ll always confirm the total before you pay.

Returns & exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This protects every customer and is standard for intimate wellness.

• Faulty or incorrect items: if something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution.
• Unopened items: where an item is still sealed and unused, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help within applicable consumer-protection rules.
