Welcome to Intimova. These terms govern your use of our website and your purchases. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

Intimova is a trading name of Intimova Hub, a business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (BN-9723657). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity.

This is a space for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to browse, purchase or use our products. By entering the site and ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may decline any order where we reasonably believe this condition is not met.

Products & information

We provide wellness products and general educational content written with care. None of it is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always read product labels and use products as directed. If you have a health condition or any concern, speak to a professional before use.

Orders, pricing & payment

• All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. Delivery fees are calculated by location and confirmed at checkout or on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we cannot verify the order.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We work hard to keep product and price information accurate but do not warrant that every detail is error-free.

Delivery, returns & refunds

We deliver discreetly nationwide. Delivery timelines, fees and our returns policy — including the hygiene rules that apply to intimate products — are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content unlawfully. All brand assets, copy, imagery and designs are the property of Intimova and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intimova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your consumer rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed; your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
