This policy explains how Intimova (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us. In short: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and discretion is designed into every step.

Who this applies to

Intimova is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Our website and products are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Information we collect

• Order & delivery details — your name, delivery address, phone number, optional email, and the items you order, used to fulfil and deliver your purchase.
• Contact & support — messages you send us and, if you subscribe, the email address or phone number you provide.
• Payment information — where you pay by card or transfer, payment is handled by our payment partners. We do not collect or store your full card details.
• Age confirmation — a record on your device that you confirmed you are 18 or older.
• Usage data — which pages are visited, where visits come from, and roughly where in the world they are. Some of this is collected without cookies; Google Analytics, which we also use, sets a cookie so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. Neither is used for advertising, and neither is joined to your order.

How we use it — and our legal bases

• To fulfil your order — process, package, deliver and support it — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
• To respond to your enquiries — on the basis of our legitimate interest in helping you.
• To send wellness content or offers — only where you have asked us to (consent); you can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — where the law requires it.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or misuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We never print product names or our brand on the outside of your delivery.
• We never use a payment or bank descriptor that reveals what you bought or from whom.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run Intimova, and only to the extent required to do their job:

• Delivery partners — to get your discreet package to you.
• Payment providers — to process card or transfer payments securely.
• Technology providers — trusted hosting, database and storage partners that operate our website and hold order data on our behalf.
• Messaging — if you choose to order or chat via WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled on WhatsApp’s platform under its own terms.

These providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your data. We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend our legal rights.

Storage & international transfers

Some of our technology and payment providers process or store data on servers located outside Nigeria. Where your information is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected to a standard consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Cookies & similar technologies

We keep this to a minimum. Most of what we set is needed to make the site work — remembering the items in your bag, and your age confirmation on your device. Google Analytics sets its own cookie (_ga) so it can recognise a returning visitor; it does not carry your name, your email or what you bought.

We run no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, we have not enabled Google’s advertising features, and we never send your order details to an analytics service. If you would rather not be counted at all, your browser’s “do not track” or an ad blocker will stop it, and nothing on this site will work any differently.

Data retention & security

We keep order information only as long as necessary to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, email us at intimova2@gmail.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and any material changes will be reflected here.
