Discretion & Privacy
How discreet is the packaging and delivery?
Completely. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of Intimova or its contents anywhere on the outside. Deliveries are addressed to your name only, and our riders are briefed to be discreet. Nothing about your order announces itself.
What do you do with my personal information?
We collect the minimum needed to fulfil your order and never sell or share your data. Our analytics are cookieless and privacy-first. You can read the full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Ordering & Payment
Can I ask questions on WhatsApp before I buy?
Yes — about size, noise, what something is made of, or how delivery works to your city. Payment itself happens at checkout, by card or bank transfer through Paystack; we no longer take payment over WhatsApp. The conversation stays as private as it always was.
How do I pay?
For now we accept bank transfer, with payment details shared privately when you order, and secure card payment via trusted Nigerian providers is coming soon. Ordering is quick and completely private.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt typically receive orders within 1–3 working days. Other states usually arrive within 3–6 working days. You’ll get a private update once your order is on its way.
Do you deliver across Nigeria?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. The delivery fee and time for your city are shown at checkout before you pay — not quoted afterwards.
What is your returns policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products can’t be returned once opened. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
Products & Safety
Are your products body-safe?
Our vibrators are made of body-safe silicone and ABS — both non-porous, so they clean properly — and our water-based lubricant is glycerin-free. Every product page names the material, and lists the manufacturer’s certifications as theirs rather than as our own testing.
Which lubricant is right for me?
Water-based is the most versatile and works with condoms and every toy. Silicone lasts longer and is great in water, but avoid it with silicone toys. If your skin is sensitive or you’re postpartum, a gentle, glycerin-free or aloe formula is a kind place to start. Our guides in The Journal go deeper.
Is anything here a substitute for medical advice?
No. We offer wellness products and general education, written with care — but not medical advice. If you have pain, persistent dryness or any health concern, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
